There is no "follow up folder" under favorites in Outlook.

I have the trial version of Office 2003 on new Media Center 2005 PC.  After
starting Office I noticed that my user profile is always left open when I
shut down or log off the PC.  The message said something about not

My mom has webTV.  I bought a new computer with Outlook 2003.  Now when I
sent her an e-mail in 24-Font Size, it arrives as small 8-font size.  My
