In Outlook 2003, I can make one signature work all Ok and no problems at all. I happen to have 4 email adresses (names) that need slightly different signatures.

Whenever we start Outlook XP (2002), it downloads new messages from the server, but also creates several hundred duplicate messages of email that had already been downloaded. We've verified that it is not downloading them, but recreating them from messages that already exist

How do I set up an e-mail account if it doesn't show up as a selection under tools? I have the 2003 edition so it should. I am trying to send a message and the send button will not show up unless I have an e-mail account.

When you have your mail grouped on a field, is it then possible to sort on the number of messages in a thread. So threads with only 1 message will be on top en threads with more messages will appear lower.

I sort my daily workload in Outlook 2002 on my laptop. Each night I transfer to my PDA and then to my PC (ViaActiveSynch) the details in the Calendar etc. Problem is when doing so I lose the Label colours in the process.

I have a strange problem. The timestamp Outlook puts on all my sent/incoming etc emails have an hour earlier than my system time. For example, if my system time is 1:36PM and I send my self an email, it shows it was sent at 12:36PM and received also at 12:36PM.

I'm runnin outlook 2003 sp1 on both computers. I want to copy the contacts fm the tower to the laptop, but I don't want the tower data to overwrite the data on the laptop for same names because the data on the laptop is current.
