I achieved my emails in outlook but instead in created duplicate copies. It did not move the messages to the achieve folder but instead copy the messages to the achieve folder. How do I correct this?

My boss wants to see all mails flowing in and out of certain email-id's.Is there any configuration which can be done in the outlook , that boss receives the mails and others are not aware of that feature.The users should not be able to cancel this option.

Ok, if I understand correctly, all versions of Outlook cannot display the actual email address of the sender in a column. It only displays the name of the sender. If, in fact, this is true that Outlook cannot aquire the actual adress, could somebody please explain the following
