I would like to find out if Outlook can be made to poll sequentially.  I
don't mean in a specific order but where Outlook polls only one e-mail

I achieved my emails in outlook but instead in created duplicate copies. It
did not move the messages to the achieve folder but instead copy the
messages to the achieve folder. How do I correct this?

OK, this is probably a simple question but all new to me. I think I know
most of the answers but I'm looking for conformation, to be sure before I
mess up.

how do I get all my settings from outlook 2000 to outlook 2003

My boss wants to see all mails flowing in and out of certain email-id's.Is
there any configuration which can be done in the outlook , that boss receives
the mails and others are not aware of that feature.The users should not be
able to cancel this option.

Ok, if I understand correctly, all versions of Outlook cannot display
the actual email address of the sender in a column.  It only displays
the name of the sender.  If, in fact, this is true that Outlook cannot
