I created an address book in word whilst doing a mass mailing project.
I now would like to import the address book into Outlook Express 6 now, but
don't seem to know how to do it.

I'm not having any luck importing e-mail from Mozilla Thundird. I'm
trying to import it as a Eudora file since this is what the Mozilla
documentation says.

I'm trying to organize the way documents are stored for a client.

I set up a rule to auto reply whenever certain mail messages arrive. I
designed an Outlook OFT file and it works fine except the reply strips
all HTML and just delivers the plain text. Is there a way to include

We are migrating from an Exchange 2000 server to an Exchange 2003
server.  All our clients are Outlook 2003 running in cached mode.
When I had previously done mailbox moves with Outlook 2000 clients, the
