Anyone know of an antispam plugin for OL2003 that is stable and not too resource-hungry? Relying on the standard junk filter which only gives an option to block by sender address is unrealistic since most junk mail has forged headers.

Hi I recently went to UK from Australia, then to italy, I must have changed the time zones, and now my appointments are all over the place, Is there a way of getting them back to original times and dates. for the future is there a better way of handling time zones.

I am unable to view other persons deleted folder within Outlook 2003 using Exchange 2003. (I setup the proper permissions on the users deleted folder. I can view there inbox, contacts, calendar ok thou). Any idea's?

I have set up a userdefined field for text and put in in the inbox view, but I am being very dim and can not work out how to put any text in the field against any particular email. Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm using OL2000 on an XP machine. When I quit Outlook, there is a process that keeps running, Outlook.exe. My guess is it keeps receiving email when I'm not in Outlook. I don't need that and it seems to complicate things when I need to shut communications programs down,

is it possible to set up outlook exp. but not allow it to be the default mail client? i'd like to 'check' the link on a page that says: 'contact' and have that email address come up in outlook exp., then copy/paste the address to my own AT&T mail service but not use outlook

I had been using OL2002 as part of Office XP. I could download my mail and I'd get one click before OL would simply stop responding. Task manager would say that "Program Not Responding"

Outlook 2003 - When I create a new mail message and click on the TO button the Select Names form is displayed. In the field " Type Name or Select from List" are the contact Names. Is it possible to configure OUTLOOK to search the contact database by Display Name or Email ...

In Outlook 2003, In the >Tools>Options>Other In the "General" section when you have a check mark in the "Empty the Deleted Item folder upon exiting" Item will not delete when you close outlook.

Help! I have just added second email acct to 2003 + want new acct to appear so its connected to contacts,calendar,outbox... I'm unsure of how to explain it.... but I'll try. Note: I have already made this email account my default account.

Is there a good way to copy and paste email messages from one machine to another on a LAN? I know I can forward through the mail server, but it seems silly to send all the way to the ISP and back to send from one room to another.
