Is there supposed to be a drop-down menu next to the Send button, so I can choose which account to send emails from? I don't see it anywhere. Outlook is configured in Corporate|Workgroup mode TIA.

I want to copy email to another folder, but it is not working. I have tried 'Copy to Folder' and even selecting all and copy/pasting the message, but nothing works. Any ideas?
