How do I stop the automatic download of messages in Outlook

The "Day", "Work Week", etc shows as Untitled Appointment and "Busy"... and
the lighter color (Work Week) hours are 8am-5pm....Is there any way to change
this????

Hello I am having problems with Contacts.  I had one and I see it in
contacts but when I go through the new email and click the 'to' button and
go through the drop down box and slect contacts they are not there?

I have a use who has a category for each email he sends and a rule that puts
that email into a folder.  These rules and categories generally work well,
except sometimes when he sends an email with an attachment.  Sometimes,
he'll get a 'Rules in Error' message that will list the ...

When I try to send a powerpoint presentation from within powerpoint, I get a
general email failure error message. Does anyone know why?

I installed Outlook Conector this morning and found out that it will not run
from a non-Administrator account using XP x64.
I tried to run as a "Power User" and "User" and the Outlook Connector tool
bar does not load in Outlook 2003.  I can run as a "User" from my laptop

I did this before with my old Office I think or was Outlook Express ?
Anyway, can anyone tell me how to do it on my Outlook 2003 ( Office 2003
