Have problems using Outlook 2003. Periodically I get "unable to display the folder. The file ####.ost could not be accessed." Just recently I've got unable to display the folder.

Every time I open my Outlook 2003, it always ask me to setup Microsoft Exchange Server account on Outlook. I only want to setup a POP3 account. When I click cancel or whether, it shut down the Outlook. How do I solve this??
