When I load my outlook 2003 on my new HP computer, it won't load and get
stuck when trying to load welcome settings.  It also says my Server is not
unavailable when I can access it via the internet (is a univeristy account).  
I tried to download Eudora using IMAP and same thing ...

why does the calendar show in different color when saved as a web page?
Also, Why do some appointment made on same day show up, but others do not.

error:
   Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Can't create the item.

I have set up and tested my outlook - gmail pop3 account according to all the
steps listed by Microsoft and Gmail, but still dosn't even show up in

Normally messages ready to be sent are in italic and maked with the date to
the right. Now all my messages in the Outbox are non-italic and without date
and are not sent. I am connected and uses the button Send. What is wrong

Here's what I've done, copied all the .dbx folders from old machine to
disk, copied them to desktop of new machine. Opened new account/ new
Outlook Express on new machine. Then selected File, Import, Messages,
chose OE 6, imported by browsing to the desktop folder I created..I've

Is there a method of turning off the junk e-mail filter permanetly.
If I tell outlook not to filter and empty the blocked senders list it still
moves spam to the Junk e-mail folder.  I would like to use Norton Anti-spam
as my filter.

When selecting email addresses (when clicking on the To: or Cc: buttons) a
"Select" dialog box appears with a list of my contacts.  Although my Contact
listing shows names sorted by surname, this select dialog box sorts by first
name.  Very annoying especially because I cannot ...

We're a tiny (4 users) business and don't want to mess with Exchange. We've
been using Net Folders to share Contacts, Calendars and Tasks.  For a few
months all worked as advertised.  Lately, though, every now and then the
sharing just drops out...the names I've listed in the ...

Hi Folks - I'm on OL2003 and appear to have a corrupt rules database.
rules are being ignored much of the time and mail comes into the Outlook
root or many mails go into the entirely wrong folder.
is there any way of repairing the database or do i have to rebuild the

Anyone know where I can get a list of known junk/spam email servers that I
can inport into my junk email list???
