Can someone explain to me, why in Exchange System Manager a mailbox shows
one particular size and when I look the properties of the mailbox in Outlook
and view the folder size on the server tab it is quite a bit smaller?

I am using Outlook 2003 and have a few questions about handling spam:
1) I would like to add the following icons to my tool bar ; "This is spam,"
"This is not spam," and "Empty spam folder."  (N.b., I right clicked on the

I want to rebuild my autofil email list in Outlook 2003.  I have a bunch of
old email addresses that I want eliminated so I thought that erasing them
all and rebuilding would be the answer.  Can I control how long an email
address is in the list before it gets automatically ...

I've tried "send web page ny email" in IE. Some images get lost and
formatting is funky.
I can't find a way to simply cut-and-paste my handcoded .html file into a
new Outlook email.

A few days ago I got an email, however after reading it the envelope was
still in the task bar so I right clicked on it and selected hide envelope.
Now the envelope doesn't appear at all, is there a way to get it back?

I misfiled an email in one of my folders.  Is there a faster way to find it
than going through each and every folder?

I have a group of 15 people on one distribution list.  I have tried to send
an email to the list but only the first person gets the email.  Help!  What
is the difference between a "group" and a "distribution list"?
