email and I decide to save this Document, by default, it saves to a "Tempory

I have a user that has exceeded the 2GB maximum file size.
He ran SCANPST on the file but that doesn't help. I've search the and
found the utility PST2GB that will remove some information from the PST
file to bring it down to the 2GB limit.

Just got a new computer and a new license for office 2003.  I wanted to
install it on the new computer and transfer my old emails and (hopefully)
all Outlook 2002 settings, from an older system, to the new computer.  Well,
I installed it, and did not set up any accounts in OL2003 ...

Outlook 2003 SP1.  User has a sig file.  His default e-mail is set to Rich
Text.  When creating a new mail, his sig is inserted and renders with no
problem.  However, the same signature, if used when you enable Insert when
replying and forwarding, is inserted with double spaces.

We have appoximated 400 users with a 97-2000 version of the .pst file, and
we are currently running 2003.  Is there a script that can be run on are
file servers (which houses all the .pst files) that will converter the old
pst file to the new .pst file.

I am trying to set up an email account for both my husband and myself for our
home office.  We each have two different e-mail addresses and have both
america online and hotmail.
Question:  How do i begin to do all of this?  I am sooooo confused that i've

I am going thru the steps on entering new users in my computer to create
calendars for them, I was able to get 9 out of 11 girls calendars to come but
the other two are saying "unable to display folders".  does anyone know what
I am doing wrong?  can anyone help?

I have a properly set up smtp server since my messages get sent from my
laptop from most networks. But ever on some LANs, and most recently at
my new job - so it's a problem, they get stuck in my outbox. (Later,
when the laptop is on a different LAN they get sent ok.) At the same
