Does Outlook 2000 have a feature that allows the user to delay the sending
of a mail message so that it happens at a programmed future time?

It starts up automatically whenever my computer comes out of hibernation. I
would like it to not start unless I actually decide to launch the program.
How can this be done?

I'm switching from MS Outlook Express to Outlook and am having trouble doing
a few of the things I was used to doing in Express. One example, switching
email message format to RTF or Plain text.  The online help says to go to
Tools/Options and the Mail Format tab. There's no mail ...

Outlook lists only lotus version 4 & 5 as files it can import.  I have the
newer version 6.  How do import my information

Several times we need to record information for YESTERDAY or last week when
something happened. When we do this is Outlook it states the appointment is
over due, it's not an appointment it is an event. This person called on this

Using Outlook 2003, we've recently received a few e-mails that start
out OK but then become a garbled mess of text.  Most e-mail's are
received fine. The garbled ones have come from different people,
including people who routinely send us non-garbled e-mail.

I'm assisting a dept of the local government to send a newsletter to a
couple hundred users. I'm using Outlook Express for that and I'm placing a
dozen or so email addresses on the bcc field so the newsletter doesn't get

When I click on a Hyperlink in Outlook 2000 it will not go to the Web page.

I have multiple pst files.
When sending emails, I have TWO contacts lists, the default is a previous
pst file, rather than the active pst file.  How do I get it to stop using my
older contacts pst?

Just set this up and all works fine.  I can send new mail view my mailbox &
calendar, etc., but I can't reply to an existing message,  When I select
Reply an empty window comes up and never finishes loading.  What have I
missed?

Is there a way to transfer/export columns, including user defined, on to
another computer in Outlook Tasks?

My wife is a new user of 2002 coming from Express. She uses XP Home.
Since she switched 10 days ago, any attachments (.doc files) that she does
ends up as an icon in her e-mail and not as an attachment below the subject

My Outlook 2003 Personal Folder has got a twin! Recently I noticed that I
have two copies of identical folder names and contents, this is visible when
I click on the Folder List and scroll down. Once I get to Search Folders,
then Archive Folders and the next item is Personal Folders ...

Is there any way I can export a distribution list in Outlook 2003 so I can
import it to another machine??

Are there any free Internet-based email clients that will work with either
