I'm working in a small office with three computers (Win XP Home, with Office 2000). Our mail server is at our ISP, we retrieve our mail through POP. So far we used only one PC for our mail.

How can I view my inbox and calendar in the same outlook window simultaneously? I know I can open it up in 2 separate windows, but that's a pain. I've seen this done before, I just don't know HOW to do it. I would like to know how for either Outlook 2000 or 2003.

I had two contact folders by same name (Contacts) and accidentally deleted wrong one. Can I retrieve it? I have Outlook 2003, and also have the original contact list in a backup file somewhere, but do not know how to search for it.

Attachments sent via IMAP are delivered as winmail.dat which is unreadable by recipients. Any solutions to stop this so that file is delivered as sent?

When sending attachments via IMAP the recipient is confronted with a renamed file named winmail.dat that is unopenable due to the "dat" extension. Anyone know why this is and how to stop it? In other words how to acheive WISIWTG (what I sent is what they get).
