Following a “transient” of an unknown nature, I can no longer drag-and-drop
attachments onto Outlook e-mails that I compose.  The process fails with the

I wish to send a newsletter email from outlook to a number of recipients.
I would like them not see each other hence the blind carbon copy.
The only way that i could seem to achieve this is too send an email to
myself and Bcc: everyone else.
