This has not happened before.  Today is the first time we are getting tons of
junk mail on Outlook.  Why?

I just create a share shared email account under Exchange.  Typically, I
configure additional box by going to Mail setting -> Advanced tab ->
mailboxes with  "shared mail" information ob the client machine.  The client
could also see "shared mail" under all mail folder in Outlook ...
