I had some hard disk problems, and some of my Outlook 2000 files got
discombobulated. I have managed to (partially) restore some of them,
but have run into a problem. The Contacts file shows up with column
headers as though it was an e-mail file. However, when I click on a

Grateful for some guidance.  I have a home network with a mix of a Win98SE
machine running Outlook 2000 and 3 XP machines running my 3 Education User
licences for Outlook 2003.  I don't have anything like Exchange or other
internal mail server software running.

Our company's IT department gave us a few new computers, and on two of
these computers we now have Outlook 2000 (on Windows XP).  Our previous

Is there any way I can use "last week" , "last month" in rules?
It can be used when creating search but in the rules I can only find
"received in a specific date span - before or after a date" so if I want to
have a rule : delete all emails that are older than 3 months I can't ...

This morning, I woke to discover that I could not open or create any
appointments. I see them in Calendar view, the various Open and New commands
show available, but invoking them does nothing. I can create new email
messages, contacts, notes, tasks...but no appointments.

Does anyone have any problem when you are using MS Outlook and Word as editor? I am talking about CPU. MS Outlook and Word take from the memory almost 150kbps..it is too much. I have heard that there is a solution applying some fixes. Does anyone have notice about it?
