How do I send an email to everyone in a particular catagory in contacts.
Like I have 29 folks with a catagory of 'genealogy'.
How can I send an email to all of them without typing
in all their email addresses?

Hi - I'm using the Oracle Calendar connector for Outlook 2003 and want
to redefine my defaults a little bit.
I'd like to have Mail and Calendar default to Oracle Connector, while
Contacts and Tasks both default to my personal folders file.

Hi there, I have a hard rive with some outlook files and contacts I wish
to retrieve. Where are the files stored and what do I need to do to back
up and retore them?
I have access to the drive as a slave on a new machine.

Needing some serious help in setting up my outlook account for email.  

The reverse is no problem. I'm using Student Office 2003 with Word and
Outlook, I have Word set as my editor for Outlook. Quite often I want
to cut and paste parts of emails into a word doc for other uses. I'm
sure I used to be able to do this, but in any case I can't do it now.

I'm not new to Outlook but I am new to Public Folders. I've had our admin
create a public folder and set me as owner.
Outlook's help clearly states "Public folders can contain any type of
Outlook folder item such as messages, appointments, contacts, tasks, journal

I have been using a palm tungsten to do my organizing. Can I transfer all my
contacts into Outlook with out having to enter them all manually.

I like using Outlook because everything is there one may ever need - except
my favorite font.  However, searching the instructions to use it is very time

Only talking about new emails for now and using Outlook as the editor.
Say thare are 3 spelling errors in a NEW email.
The first one is picked up and I then click on IGNORE ALL button.
However the spell checker does NOT ignore all and keeps popping up on the

When you use the grouping function in an Outlook XP 2002 folder (like Inbox)
to group by Received field; you get multiple groups each containing one
message, because the field is a date-time field.
I want to group all messages received any given day, discarding the time data.

I was thinking to write an instruction how the end user to change their own
phone number if they move to different building.  The end user was able to
get to "Find people" applet and search/open their profile so they could
modify phone number information under Windows XP or ...

Does anyone know how many lines or characters are allowed as a max in
Outlook Notes?

here we go again. Every time I select my personal calendar, outlook closes.
Once, it gave me the following error. Otherwise I do not get errors.
Any Ideas?
It was working perfectly when I left yesterday.

My PST file is slowly approaching 1GB and I figured it's time to start
