How do I send an email to everyone in a particular catagory in contacts. Like I have 29 folks with a catagory of 'genealogy'. How can I send an email to all of them without typing in all their email addresses?

Hi - I'm using the Oracle Calendar connector for Outlook 2003 and want to redefine my defaults a little bit. I'd like to have Mail and Calendar default to Oracle Connector, while Contacts and Tasks both default to my personal folders file.

Hi there, I have a hard rive with some outlook files and contacts I wish to retrieve. Where are the files stored and what do I need to do to back up and retore them? I have access to the drive as a slave on a new machine.

The reverse is no problem. I'm using Student Office 2003 with Word and Outlook, I have Word set as my editor for Outlook. Quite often I want to cut and paste parts of emails into a word doc for other uses. I'm sure I used to be able to do this, but in any case I can't do it now.

When you use the grouping function in an Outlook XP 2002 folder (like Inbox) to group by Received field; you get multiple groups each containing one message, because the field is a date-time field. I want to group all messages received any given day, discarding the time data.

here we go again. Every time I select my personal calendar, outlook closes. Once, it gave me the following error. Otherwise I do not get errors. Any Ideas? It was working perfectly when I left yesterday.
