My personal folder exceeded 2gb which made oulook unusable. I first upgraded to officeSP1 then managed to find a program that truncates pst files. I made the file less than 2gb and outlook works again but now I cant move folders or emails to other folders within outlook . It says ...

I have created several new folders in the My Shortcuts where I save email depending on who it is from. What I need to know is where that folder/data is stored. Is this data stored in the standard .pst file? Thanks for any and all help

We are running SBS 2003. We just had a new user added to SBS with all its associated attributes (home folders, email address, profile and etc). The user does not have his own PC so he logs into any PC that are available (roaming user). He can log onto a PC and launch his outlook ...

I'm using Outlook 2002. When I get a message with an attachment, I :- 1 - file the attachment into an appropiate directory on my hard disk relating to the content.

I have my E Mail settings as plain text and do not download the pictures. Is there any way I can make a safe list where creation senders will be displayed in HTML with the pictures regardless of the master setting. I work with a company who sends mails out in HTML for good reasons ...
