Using Outlook 2002, with all available updates, included Office XP Professional in our organization. All PC's running either Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional. We are using POP3 and are not leaving copies of messages on server.

Strange story, but true. My Outlook.pst file was getting rather large, over 47 MB, so I decided to do some cleaning. I deleted many unnecessary e-mails (a large portion of my Inbox) , then deleted them from the "Deleted Items" folder.

I move across two continents (basically two offices in different Windows 2000 domains). Now what happens is that each time my Laptop is configured for domain "A" all my mails (.pst) file is lost. I have to do a lot to recover them!

What is the benefits of using cached exchange mode instead of "old" offline mode for mobile users. As far as i understood it, you have access to all of your mail if you are dissconected from the network in both modes. So why use cached exchange mode? If read a lot about the

Does anyone still use Outlook 97? I am having problems trying to setup an email account that uses POP/SMTP and also SPA for authentication for SMTP. POP/SMTP doesn't seem to be one of the available options in Outlook 97. The only email account types are MS

When I go to tools options and try to set a defoult signature, right when i click on the signature that I want to use I get an error and asks if I want to send the message to microsoft ( I choose not to send). Can anyone help me with this problem??

Everytime I have created a new message or I'm answering one, Outlook will ask me if it's ok that a program is trying to access my contacts. This is very annoying, please help me anyone - how do I remove this!

I've encountered behaviour in Outlook for the first time today that I've never seen before. I was deleting emails in my junk email folder and a message popped up stating that a sender wanted a receipt that their email had been deleted.
