I have two e-mail accounts.
Once I manually  forward my mail from the other account to my other
e-mail account, I would like Company X's mail to go in the Company X's
folder.

I've just had XP installed. Doing so left me with little download left for
the month, so I 'downloaded headers only'? and viewed my emails through Yahoo
mail and deleted unwanted emails. I've upgraded my download capacity, but now
can't open messages which I have 'headers' for, ...

I'm trying to set up intra-office email w/o using exchange. I have client
machines that have outlook on.
Is it possible to set this up?
If not are there any inexpensive email solutions that work with email,

How do I remove these extra line breaks from my sent plain text e-mails
(don't like the formatting -- just like to be simple)? I assume Outlook
2003 is telling there are two carriage returns for each line in my
signature. I do not want to have other Outlook users to click on

I reformatted my TOSHIBA M35X Satellite (laptop) with XP Home SP2 last
month, and now only MY e-mail account, http, (1 of 4 [2 http and 2 pop3])
opens all mail as text with an option to Read as html. The other 3 accounts
do not have this problem. Either way, no links work in the ...

Using Outlook 2000.  Trying to configure an add-in address book.  Directions
are to go to Tools | Services.  However, I don't have a Services option.
Checked & I am setup as an IMO.
Any ideas would be great.

All,
Outlook 2003 is not saving  my POP3 e-mail account passwords.
Everytime it goes and checks for new mail, the password dialog box opens and
I have to enter the password.

I would like to have all messages I send out moved from my sent folder
to my inbox, as I send each one.
I created a rule that moves a copy but it still leaves a copy in the
sent folder and I either want that deleted or, even better, moved to my

I used to be able to put in part of a company name in the quick find
box on the toolbar. That was in Outlook 2000. I have recently upgraded
to Outlook 2002 ("XP"), and now it will not return results for company
