Outlook 2002 (Office XP SP3) on Windows XP SP2, Exchange 2003 SP1 on Windows 2003. When sending a message, even a small plain text one, it stays for 10 seconds in the outbox and then is delivered (even when sent to myself).

When I created my signature, I specified the font color as red and that's how it shows up in Tools:Options:Mail Format:Signature. However, when I go to prepare an email, it shows up in black. How do I fix this?

Howdy all. I emailed a JPEG to a number of people, using Outlook 2000 SR1 (Win 2K OS), and the email arrived at two recipients as a file called winmail.dat. One was a corporate email addy, the other was a Hotmail account.

I have some mdb (Access format) database files with thousands of emails extracted from couple of Yahoo groups forums. I'd like to import these into my Outlook 2003 PST so that I can search and read them offline. The mdb files contain all the fields necessary for a proper email

when i sent a message it automatically attached a .gif. I was on html mode when that happens. a couple of people complained about the attachment. when i emailed one of my co workers they didn't get the attachment.
