When I send messages they no longer go to my sent items folder. They sit and resend until I delete them from my outbox. Any ideas

When ever I opened Outlook in the past it would ck. for mail automaticity but now it doesn't. It is setup to ck. It doesn't even ck when I close Outlook and that box is checked in setup also.

Sometimes I get messages in plain text. When I open it and go to Format, the option to change it into HTML is greyed out. Is there any way to change the message to HTML? I am running Outlook 2000 Premium with all the updates.

This is a strange one if I hadn't seen it myself I wouldn't have believed it. When some messages are read the messages then disappears after closing. It is not a meeting it is just a normal mail messages there are no Rules or

I have one user in my office that when she receives emails from people that include others in the To: line (and even CC: line) when she opens the message to view it. The header only shows her name so she can't see who ever else was included on the message. I have looked all over ...
