Outlook 2K3. MS Spam Blocker.
I've added a DOMAIN to block (ex: bob.com). I still get messages from users
in this domain (ex: t2jj45t@bob.com). They goto my Spam folder, but that's
not the object of the excercise of blocking a DOMAIN.

Also, is there a way to reply so that I can get the original message in the
right place at the top of the email so I don't have to edit, cut and paste?

Is there also a possibility to keep the mail at your server from the
provider, even if you have read it at home?
In Outlook Expres I have used it, but it is unknown for me in MS OUTLOOK.
