After a total hard disk failure on my Dell Inspiron 8200, I had to reinstall
my original Dell-supplied Windows XP Pro and Office XP Small Business onto a
replacement drive.  Installation was apparently successful, all Office
programs were activated and worked, including Outlook.  ...

I have created an email template and saved it as a *.oft file, how would I
set outlook to use this template whenever a new email is started.

I once had a News Command that I had placed on my outlook toolbar.  I
somehow lost it and tried to replace it.  When I went to
customize/commands/go and looked for news it was gone.  Does anyone know how
I can get the news command back.
