After a total hard disk failure on my Dell Inspiron 8200, I had to reinstall

I have created an email template and saved it as a *.oft file, how would I
set outlook to use this template whenever a new email is started.
I am using outlook 2003, windows XP home.

Is there a way to setup to automatically forward emails to another address
through Outlook 2000 running Oracle?  I tried the directions for Exchange
but started receiving error messages that they could not be sent.

I once had a News Command that I had placed on my outlook toolbar.  I
somehow lost it and tried to replace it.  When I went to
customize/commands/go and looked for news it was gone.  Does anyone know how
I can get the news command back.
