I have created an email template and saved it as a *.oft file, how would I set outlook to use this template whenever a new email is started. I am using outlook 2003, windows XP home.

I once had a News Command that I had placed on my outlook toolbar. I somehow lost it and tried to replace it. When I went to customize/commands/go and looked for news it was gone. Does anyone know how I can get the news command back.
