I have inserted a picture into a new Outlook email. I also have the edit-picture toolbar visible. It has a crop icon. However when I use the tool to crop the image inserted in the email, nothing happens.

I am running a corporate version of Microsoft Outlook 2000 - in services there is no option to add personal folders. There is however a browse to file option to install the service - does anyone know which file I need to be browsing for - or a better way of adding personal ...

In Outlook 2000 (IMO), something happened, and it told me to run the Inbox Repair Tool. I did, and it failed. At the end of step 4 (of 8 steps), it said "An error has occured which caused the scan to stop. No changes have been made to the scanned file." What to do, now?

When I open my Office Outlook, a pop-up display a notice whis said The add-in "c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll" could not be install or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. I try that a couple of times. This did not help.

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to designate specific folders on the server as "special". For example, can I tell Outlook to treat the folder "Trash" on the server as "Deleted Items", "Spam" as "Junk E-mail" and "Sent" as "Sent Items"?

I have a user(OL 2002) that is having seemingly random e-mails sent, unread, to her deleted items folder. I checked her rules, and while she has quite a few, all rules send "junk" mail to her Junk Mail folder, so I'm unsure as to where the problem is occuring.

I seem to be able to archive a calendar before a selected date (the info is in the archived file) but that material is not deleted from the calendar file. What am I doing wrong? Note: I'm using a "sub" calendar folder, not the main calendar.

The new messages coming into my Inbox do not list the name of the sender. The from field is blank, and the message is coming in as text instead of html. I didn't change any settings, but I downloaded some updates. Anyone else had this problem?
