My sister has E-mailed me saying that on her new computer has Outlook (definitely not Outlook Express) installed and that her received E-mails seem to vanish after a week. Please can someone tell me what to tell my sister to do to stop this

I'm accessing an Exchange 2003 server via Outlook. Is there any way to strip attachments from messages on the server itself, rather than downloading to a folder on the local hard drive and deleting it there?

I noticed that my signature goes missing whenever I take a file and send it to a mail recipient. I tried this using both Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 with or without Word as Editor.

I added a second hard drive to my computer and mirrored everything from the first one to the second. I now work off of the second hard drive where my Outlook folder is stored. I realized that after I made the move, I am now unable to receive my e-mail.

Outlook's default date column is 'Best Fit'. I'm not sure quite what this means, but I prefer the more compact dd/mm/yyyy (UK). Is there any way to change this globally or do I have to laboriously change each instance?

I have tried Outlook-QuoteFix with Outlook 2003 (from Office Pro and Office Standard), without luck; it just not do anything. All I really want is that signature move bottom of replied message. Now I have tried this at work and home, but no luck.

Where does Outlook 2003 store my e-mail account information - my userid, password, etc.? I was under the impression that Outlook stored everything in the PST file for ease of backup, working from servers, etc. But apparently that is not strictly true.
