Every time I try to copy this 164mb backup of my archived Outlook emails to my jump drive I get the message "another process has locked a portion of the file" is there any way I can override it?

If I set up a series of recurring meeting, and set invitations to be sent 1 week prior to each meeting, when I press "send", are the invitations for the future meeting all sent out immediately, or are they postponed and sent automatically at the assigned date prior to each future ...

I'm trying to export my outlook folders (including sub-folders) to an external hard drive. The file shows up but is not operable, it won't open. I've tried single folders as well and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

My outlook 2003 file is corrupted, it says when i try to open it "unable to open because it's not a personal file folders" I ran scanpst.exe, it detected an error and said that the file is repaired. but still i cannot open it.

Newly installed 2003 office. Outlook 2003 will not close properly. When you close out. the program will not reopen. It locks up in the min menu. You have to reboot everytime you close Help

For security I reasons I would like to delete incoming mail without having to open it first. As my Outlook express is set up now, it open automatically before I can delete it when I click on the message. Thanks

The help fime of outlook says that to resend a msg, go to "Action" menu and select "Resend this msg". However, there is no such command on my action menu!! Any suggestions

I have noticed using Outlook 2003 that the folder view has Show in Groups and Reading Pane turned on by default. I often create new folders and was wondering if there was a way to set the default view OFF for these two features. --Thanks
