Outlook 2003 SP2 on WinXP Pro Vers 2002 SP2
When I create a new message, it uses Normal.dot as expected.
When I reply to a message it uses another template, with Language=English
(US), other Font size, other paragraph spacing, etc.

We have migrated to Outlook 2003 + Microsoft Exchange V6.0.6603.0

I have a case where I'm trying to validate that email is working and I was
trying to create a rule that once or twice a day would automatically send a
generic test email to a particular email address.
Is this something that can be done from Outlook?
