Is there a way to send via LAN w/OL2003 a personal file to another e-mail contact, if we are not on an Exchange serve? I want to send a file of all the correspondence I have had with a contact, o another e-mail party.

I have a user running Office 2003 SP2. When they click on the Minimize button in Outlook, Outlook closes. New Alerts appear on the screen, the new mail envelope appears and the Outlook icon is in the system tray. I ran the repair but no help. Any ideas?

Our local residents association has each subscriber listed as a separate contact in Outlook 2k. We want to print labels for a mailing by volunteers and it would be a big help to pre-sort the envelopes by street name first. Problem is I can't see how to do it.

I asked this question a few days ago in the microsoft.public.outlook.general forum but didn't get any replies, so I thought I'd try here instead... I have two computers, and both use Outlook 2000 for email. I don not use an Exchange server - email is by POP3/SMTP.
