At the moment, Outlook is storing a data file each for my two hotmail accounts on the C: drive. What I want to do is have Outlook keep these data files on my D: drive. I know this is possible with my POP email accounts.

I am using Outlook 2003 on WinXP Pro SP2 setup with POP3 accounts. When I delete an email it does not go to the Deleted Items folder - it does not pormpt me it just disappears. The shift key is not being pressed.

Outlook automatically sends some email addresses the Deleted Items folder. It used to only be email that had "sales" in the return address. After some update some time ago Outlook has really started to go crazy with the auto filtering. So much so that I now have to look through ...
