When i open a certain email in Outlook 2003, i get the attached message.  I
followed the instructions in article id: 816702 and it still gives the same
message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My boss thinks there is a ghost on his computer.  He'll be working when
the computer will freeze for a second or two.  I don't find this all
that unusual.  There could be various things causing that.
But then he also notices that in his Outlook, the Send/Receive icon

The 'inbox' turns a tan color and says unable to display folder.Errors have
been detected.  The recommended fix hasn't worked.
