Sorry if this is simple or has been discused many times before, but I have searched Hi and Low for an answer to this. Problem is that I now use Outlook 2002, but did use a previous version. I do not know which because it is all wiped away.

How can I hide appointments with special words in the subject, of a certain category, etc. in Outlook Today? I assume I have to manipulate the HTML page but I don't know how. Thanks

Good day, I am using Office 2003 Pro. I can see my contact when I select "Contact". However, when I write an email there are not contacts. How do I add ALL the contact listed in my contact function into Outlook Addressbook?

I make an entry in the desktop, it appears on the Treo. I make an entry on the Treo and it does not appear on the desktop. Emails show in both places as does the contact entries. I can't figure it out.

Can i create a group schedule to allow me to book out meeting rooms in outlook 2002 running on an exchange 2003 mail server. I know you can do it with outlook 2003 can it be done in 2002? I'm not really sure how to create a meeting room as a resource.
