I have set up a distribution group. When I send to a group it just sits in my outbox and won't send. It also holds up all mail after it. I never had this problem with Outlook 2002. What do I do?

We are running Exchange server 2000 and clients ruin Outlook 2002 or 2003. We have approximately 15 users and about 5 of them have "large" mailboxes. Currently we have never turned on Mailbox Manager within Exchange.

I have a secretary that sends out calendar items for their boss from the boss's calendar. She wants the replies/confirmations to go to her email account and not her boss's. I know this can be done with a regular email. How do you do this with a calendar item?
