Don't know if anyone can help, but here goes. We are running an Exchange 5.5 server and I am running Outlook 2003. Email that is sent to me internally is very slow to arrive (up to 30-45 seconds), including email I send to myself. Nobody else in my immediate vicinity

Hello, I am using outlook express 6.0 and log in a newsgroup. I would like to have this function: whenever news message from this newsgroup comes to my news folder, it will be automatically forwarded to email address of my friend.

When I open a new E-mail to compose it goes into double spacing. The word rap is single spacing. When I type words and hit enter to the next line it goes double spacing. When I ad a signiture it doubles also. Thanks
