My users make use of the Out of Office Assistant consistently. Lately we have noticed it will only send out of office notices internally and not externally outside of our network. Going through our change-log for the Exchange server, all that has changed

Windows XP Pro, MS Office Outlook 2003, all updates applied to both. From one individual, I receive seven copies of each message, rules route six to a folder with that individuals name. One is routed to a separatele named folder (not the inbox).

I received a reply to an email I sent a friend and when I opened it, a 2 second sound file played immediately. There was no attachment, so can anyone tell me how this was done? I'd appreciate it a lot.

Has any one ever heard of Outlook 2K3 creating a profile on its own. I have a user on my network that has had outlook create a profile in his account. Here is basically what happens. User logs in launches Outlook. Sets up his profile for the first time, call it Outlook.
