Sometimes, I wish to include a small image inline with the rest of the text
in my emails. However, the quality of the image sent is much poorer than the
quality of the image pasted in (or inserted). It appears that the colour
depth has been reduced.

A colleague sent me a dvd containing three pst files of important

The issue i'm having is; users can set different autoarchive rules on
each folder/container, therefore archiving to a different .pst

I have a problem with a users account who does not have a pst but a ost on
their machine.  Is there a way to convert the ost to a pst or some way to
save the ost since it has all the users current email.

I have a user whose Contacts are a sub-folder in Calendar. this is in
Exchange and not a local .pst folder of any kind. How can I move the
Contacts folder out to the root directory? A simple drag and drop will

David forwards me an email, that he received from Bob.
David also CCs Jack and Jill on the same forwarded email, but Bob is

I have an unusual problem with Outlook 2003.
I have a user that is creating a distribution list from the global
directory.  The user can create the list, but when she attempts to
send a message to the list, Outlook returns the message:

How to recursively clear all the filters applied to a folder 30 Mar 2006 15:05 GMT1
In Outlook 2002 I would like to recursively clear all applied filters. I
remember applying a filter to a folder but it seems Outlook applied the
filters to all folders. Now the only solution I found to clear all filters
is to clear them one by one by selecting View > Current View > ...
