Sometimes, I wish to include a small image inline with the rest of the text in my emails. However, the quality of the image sent is much poorer than the quality of the image pasted in (or inserted). It appears that the colour depth has been reduced.

A colleague sent me a dvd containing three pst files of important contacts, to be used in my outlook 2003. It uses unicode (not 97-2002 pst files) I am using windows xp. I have copied the files from the dvd, and removed the write protect

I'm really hoping that somone can help me out here... The issue i'm having is; users can set different autoarchive rules on each folder/container, therefore archiving to a different .pst This causes a problem if you have to move the destination archive .pst

I have a problem with a users account who does not have a pst but a ost on their machine. Is there a way to convert the ost to a pst or some way to save the ost since it has all the users current email. running exchange 2003 outlook 2003

I have a user whose Contacts are a sub-folder in Calendar. this is in Exchange and not a local .pst folder of any kind. How can I move the Contacts folder out to the root directory? A simple drag and drop will not work.

In Outlook 2003, when I bring in an email, I am constantly asked if I want to download pictures. I almost invariably always do. Is there a way to have Outlook download the pics automatically so I don't have to click each time?

I have the following strange behaviour woth Outlook on Windows 2000: David forwards me an email, that he received from Bob. David also CCs Jack and Jill on the same forwarded email, but Bob is not on the CC list.

Some of our users want to share their Calendar with other users but don't want them to see the details of their appointments. What permissions to they have to give people to accomplish that? They don't want to mark all their appointments as private.
