When I attempt to add a photo to a contact in Outlook 2003, it takes forever for Outlook to step through the directories for me to find the photo location. This also happens when I attempt to add an attachment, and it seems to only happen in Outlook.

I have a remote user with Outlook 2002 and is unable to turn off her 'Out of Office' notification. Outlook Help says to turn it off from the 'Tools' menu, but that option is not there. Is there another way to turn off the 'Out of Office' notification?
