Can an exchange server out on the Internet be configured so that the Outlook 2003 client, when connecting to the exchange server, can download and store messages locally rather than have the messages stored on the exchange server? Can this be done on a per-account basis?

I am able to post to newsgroups, but when I tried to Reply Group to a message I posted (replying to myself) I got a dialog box with three buttons, a check box, and an "I" icon. There is, however, no text in the dialog box, on the checkbox or on the buttons!

I'm looking for the ability to calendar sync like: Yahoo<-->MS Outlook<-->Palm Desktop<-->Palm Handheld Each <--> indicates a sync capability. The Yahoo<-->MS Outlook sync is done through Yahoo's Intellisync4U software.

I am running Windows XP and Outlook 2003. Everything was working fine until I installed a new hard drive and moved the existing C: files to the new drive which is now the boot drive. I used Seagates program to move the files. Now, Outlook starts and will send without any problems
