I get the message "Outlook has blocked downloading images blah blah blah" frequently. My question: why does this only work on LEGITIMATE emails and not spam??? Spammers have no problem getting an image through, and are undoubtly using that to confirm valid email addresses.

As a growing company, we're now dealing with the 16GB limit on the Exchange Info Store for SBS2003. In an effort to make sure we never reach that, I'm looking to setup a GPO to give everyone consistent AutoArchive settings as well as a common location for the PST file.

Is there a way to configure Outlook to send a separate email to each of the members of a distribution list? I have a bunch of people on a mailing list, and for privacy reasons, I would prefer that they don't get an email showing all the email

Ever get an email with more than a couple of photos attached? I use Adobe Photoshop Elements as my default email photo program. I can "Select All" of the attachments, but I'm not able to open them all at once. Any advice?

Outlook 2003 Pro on WinXP . Several weeks ago started generating following msg when try to follow ANY link in an email. "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please call your network admin"..Our NETWORK ADMIN can't solve this problem.
