When I minimize Outlook 2003, I click to restore it and nothing happens. I have to right click, then select restore in order for it to come back up. Does any one know what is wrong and what to do?

Have Outlook 2002. I use the 5 day Work Week view to manage my appointments. Until this week I would see the 5 days on the left and on the right would be the monthly calendar and a tasks. The monthly calendars disappeared and left only the Task view. In an attempt to kick it ...

My employer has a Retention Policy that all mails in the Deleted Items folder on the Exchange server will be deleted overnight. I like to keep all my deleted emails -- in case some day I need to refer to one of them to save my behind. :-)

Outlook is adding deadlines to Tasks. Some are over 100 years in the future. Some a today. And in between those dates as well. Anybody seen this before. Thank you.

I don't understand why when we send a HTML message including images inserted same messages are received like Text message with images attached. In fact default message format is HTML. This is happen in 2 pcs and sometime before these didn`t have this problem.

I used Microsoft's IConverterSession->MAPIToMIMEStm (exposed by Outlook 2003) to save an MSG into EML / RFC822 format. I then turned around and tried to convert the eml file back to a MAPI MSG / LPMESSAGE using the reverse call of IConverterSession->MIMEToMAPI.
