I have this problem when i try to open news in Outlook; it simply opens a
directory called: "1030". I know it has worked before.

How to get the "Do not deliver before" option to work?
We've recently upgraded to Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server 2003 and I find
that this "feature" seems to still be broken. Surely, this can't be so!
