this is the darnedest (is that a word?) thing...i set up a new Outlook account on a different user (personal pc) and after i clicked on the last button to set it up, the darn mouse pointer disappeared! i'm using the keyboard to get around (time consuming!) any ideas out there?

In Outlook, I have an incorrect email address stuck in the send TO address bar. The feature is great; you just type the first few letter(s) of an address and outlook presents you with a series of addresses that start with those letters.

Have brand new install of WinXP Home with SP2 and all updates. Office 2003 with SP2 installed. Antivirus software uninstalled to remove the possibility of it interfering with Outlook. Tested in safe mode and every other time it does startup
