When I send emails out, I see them in my Outbox folder and then I hit the
Send/Receive button and they do not appear in the Sent Items folder.  I have
checked the Tools/Options/Preferences/E-mail Options area and made sure that
the Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder box ...

I've tried to set up Outlook before, but just recently I uninstalled it and
tried again.  Using the instructions and on the AOL website, I've tried to
set up my AOL e-mail with my Outlook 2000.  The biggest problem that I have
is that under "Tools" i have no "Accounts" option.  ...

I have been using Outlook Express and now have Outlook. Have been able to
import address book and mail but emails are still coming to Express. How do I
change things so they come to my Outlook inbox? Thanks

Recently I've noticed that the mails that I sent doesn't get updated on
the Exchange Server's Sent Folder. I'm using RPC over HTTP from two
machines viz one in office & other at home.
The mails that I sent from home at times doesn't get sync to Mail

I have an exchange server, and outlook 2003.
I have a pop3 account that created and works on MS Outlook Express on my
Windows XP but the same account does not work on my POP3 account on Outlook.
No matter how I duplicated the account by copy and past from Outlook Express

We are running outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2003.  We are look at a
way to search public folder information.  Is there a way to search public
folders within outlook without having to purchase a 3rd party tool like
lookout.

Is there a way to shut off or prevent the ability to mail merge? I am in a
political situation with the person who runs the company server. I am
concerned she has stopped this functionality.  

I am moving over to Outlook - have about 10 email accounts to transfer over,
is there a way I can export them including the relevant passwords, or do I
have to input them separately?
