I haven't been able to receive mail from my outlook 97 since the 13th. If i turn the computer on I can open outlook, but once i hit the send receive, it freezes. Then once I get out of it ( sometimes have t ctrl/alt/delete) I am not able to even open outlook until I restar

A problem I believe is related to my previous post: My Outlook Address book has no entries. How can I populate it? Do I need to? Outlook is now using my contact list to send out the names I specify. Should it be reading from my Outlook Address Book instead?

I have no problem using my ISP for any other of my email accounts, but I can only receive mail from my outlook acct. I cannot send mail either drafting a new message or replying to another message. Please help. I'm computer stupid.
