How do I add a different SMTP server to the same pop3 account? I need to
have two different outgoing mail servers depending on where I am with my
laptop. I tried two profiles and did not like that method.  I am told that I
can do this with one profile and one account. Need direction ...

We want to send out multiple emails to several
email accounts.  We dont want the accounts to see
the list of accounts that the email went to.
How does one do this in Outlook?

Will outlook 2007 finally include the ability to sync two outlook clients
together?
Contacts?
Tasks?

I'll first sketch my situation:
3 Exchange-servers (exch1,2 and 3), all in the same domain but on
differtent locations. Local Domain Name is clientname.local. On one of
the servers OWA is configured.

I have an Excel 2003 attachment to an Outlook 2003 calendar entry or
e-mail that executes on an Auto_Open() macro when the recipient clicks
on the file.  The idea is to open a file within the Excel 2003 macro on
a shared drive that contains the recipient's outlook Alias in the file

Apparently I have reached the maximum size of my outlook.pst file (see
attached error message).  I have tried deleting items but nothing I do
seems to have any effect and I continue to get the attached error
message.  Therefore the eMail part of Outlook is disabled.  Anyone got

When it starts, it prompts me to download and install Windows Desktop
Search, version 3.0, which I do.  It gets to the place it is working in the

I have entered names, addresses, etc into an access database.  I'd like to
transfer all of this information in to Outlook contacts.  Only the names

I can not delete any email messages. If I try to select a message and delete
it I get a error message "The messaging interface has returned an unknown

i've made a clean deleting a large amount of old mail, contact, etc,

any idea how, when replying, I can make Outlook push my sig to the bottom
as top posting is frowned upon in so many NG's

Hi   I currently sort my email into folders, ie work, home etc.
Is there a way of automatically categorizing the items once they are in a
folder.
