When someone want s to invite me to a meeting and looks up my
Appointments in Outlook it shows that im busy all day, every day of the
week.
Has anyone ever had this problem and know how to solve it ?

Although all my other e.mails arrive at their destination ,there is th
exception of one. This person does not receive my mail even though sh
gets everyone elses . I have tried using the reply button back to he
but that doesn't work either. Is there an answer to this and if so wha

i have a few pcs that have windows xp sp2, firewall is turned on and outlook
is in the exception list
when they send an email it stays in the outbox and no emails are recieved
until you click on a folder

I keep seeing the column headers in the messsages pane reset to their
Inbox defaults.  This is really frustrating when I want to find an
email I've sent as the To & Sent fields keep disappearing, to be
replaced by the From & Received fields!

When I get an email with photo attachment, after I click on the
attachement, it launches my photo software without giving me the
option to save to file. How can I set this to not launch without that

The prior version of outlook allowed me to add shortcuts to folders saved on
the system to the outlook bar.  Is there a way to do it in 2003?  My email
box is limited in size by the workcenter, therefore I need to be able to save
my information somewhere else.

I cannot retrieve my new and old email from my exchange server using
web outlook. Only email that I haven't open using office outlook. Once
I open the mail using office outlook,  web outlook does not show the
email anymore.

Currently I'm using BLAT (in combination with self made scripts) to
send emails to customers with specific data and document attached. This
works trough a smtp server.
I'm looking for an option to do the same but without sending it

I HAD MS OFFICE ON MY COMPUTER WHEN I BOUGHT IT. IT'S A TRIAL VERSION.
WHEN I TRIED TO USE OUTLOOK IT ASKED FOR A CODE, IT SAYS THAT I CAN FIND THE
CODE ON THE BACK OF THE CD BUT I NEVER HAD A CD, SO WHAT DO I DO IN ORDER TO
US THIS TRIAL VERSION I HAVE TO HAVE A CODE?

I will start by saying that I am a horrible email manager, and have over
11,353 messages in my inbox.  I know, I know.
I have OL 2K installed, and it's up to SP3.  Any message from 4/6/06 or
earlier cannot be deleted from the system.  I get the old "The messaging

I set up Outlook on my sister's computer and she says that everytime she
creates a new message or replies to an email, either a picture from her hard
drive or a text message from an email she has received recently appears.
I checked everything on Tools, Options, but could not find ...

Over the last 48-hours or so, my outlook is showing incorrect time when
messages are received. In some cases it even shows the time as ahead of what
is the local time even though the user who sent me the mail is local. Any
ideas or is this ISP related? Thanks in advance.

i set up my hotmail account in microsoft outlook 2003. I am using DSL
connection
However, the outlook gives me error messeges and refuses to download the
messeges
