from, my contacts come up twice.  Once with an e-mail, and once with a fax,

how can i send and e-mail to all of my contacts or a distribution list withou
everyone seeing all the e-mail addresses. i have received e-mails like that
and in the "to" field it typically says "undisclosed recipients".

This should be a relatively simple problem, but I can't seem to find a
solution for it.
I have two different email signatures, a business one and a personal

I have a rather large spreadsheet of Names, addresses, etc. I have noticed
that there are many duplicate entries.
any suggestions  or formulas that would allow me to highlight the duplicates
preferably in color, would be much appreciated.

A customer has tried to open a pst file and has encountered an error message
about adding non-Unicode store to his profile.  Is it safe to open this pst
file?

Reading mails from Sent items, Deleted items, Draft folder from VB6.0. It is

I am a new Outlook user (formerly Notes) and want to do two things in Outlook:
1) I do not want to save all sent messages, as some can be discarded
immediately. So, I'd like to, for example, have a selection window pop up

When i try to open an xls attachment outlook 2000 opens me the System32
folder, this only happens with excel files, i can't save it neither.
What can i do?
Please help me :)

I want to transfer my messages from one computer to another.  I know
how to do this for Outlook, impoting outlook.pst, but what about for
Outlook Express.  Does it use the same file?

I am a happy outlook usewr, but have recently added a lap top to my home
newtork via a wireless modem.  Is it possible fro me to access my desktop
outlook from the laptop.

search of inbox seems to start with the oldest to newest.. can it be changed
to newest to oldest.

Workstation memory climbs to 2 gig usage once Outlook opens, close
Outlook and the memory is not released. I must reboot to release the
memory.  Same mailbox configured on laptop connected to the network -
no problems.  Task Mgr shows 20 meg for outlook.exe
