I gotta say that I am profoundly disappointed with Office 2007. I'm still
trying to understand the ribbon... (it seems to basically be just an
"exploded" menu bar)... but in essense, this is nowhere near the
revolutionary release MS marketing is contending.

We're using Win XP SP1, Exchange 03 SP-1, Outlook 03.
When users try to delete names from their autofill lists that come up when
addressing an email, it appears to delete the address/name. But the same

I've got a computer that was a new Windows XP installation. We moved the
clients files over via Microsoft's Files and Settings Transfer Wizard.
The old and new machine uses Outlook from the Office 2000 installation
as opposed to the newest version of Office (2003).

When I click on a link wityhin an email in Outlook it would normally open in
Explorer automatically. For some reason my links do not open. Any Ideas?

I'm stuck trying to attach files to some emails I need to send to my
clients.
I'm using Access 2003 and Outlook 2003.  Using a recordset and a form,

I'm having a bit of a problem, actually more like an annoyance:
whenever I create a new mail (that includes replying, forwarding
etc...) I can type in the header field no problem. However, if I hit
'delete' or 'back' it does not deletethe characters in the field, but

When I receive new mail notification, the little box shows a red flag and a
high priority status symbol. When I go to outlook, neither are true for the
email. New mail should only show those if it is true

In OL03, I was able to change the account to send a message with Alt+N
followed by the number. Now, it seems, the shortcut is Alt+H,Y,1 followed by
the number.

I am trying to prevent Read receipts from being automatically responded to
in Outlook 2000 being setup with exchange 2003,  in CW mode.

I'd like to set up something to send an acknowledgment to certain
emails.  The actions I want to do are not supported by the Rules
Wizard, so basically if an email has a certain string in the subject or
body I want to run some code.

I am getting this error message:
"Please save the task order by clicking Save Task Order on the Actions
menu in the "Tasks" folder.  The view must not be filtered or grouped
for Save Task Order to be available.  Could not complete the operation.
