Is it possible to bounce emails back to the sender so they think the email is
no good which you can do in other email programmes.  I am getting emails that
cannot be unsubscribed and I don't want to have to put them in junk email and
then have to empty it all the time.

We're getting reports that email sent to us by our benefits provider is
getting filtered into junk email.  Our settings in Outlook 2003 are set

I have lost the reminder sound under Tool|Options|Other|Advance

When one puts an email address in this format:
mailto:emailaddress@something.com, as everyone usu. knows, when a person
clicks on that link, a new compose window opens up and the addressee is
automaticlaly dumped into the TO box.

Can someone send me a link explaining how delegate permissions work in

Outlook AutoComplete is not saved after I close Outlook, shutdown the
computer and reboot. I know this is unusual. I checked the settings in email
