System: Windows XP with Office 2000 sp3 Previously able to view other Address Books (eg. Act, other third party apps) in Outlook and select the email address from the MAPI compliant program. These dissapeared.

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to tell it not to group the mail lists for all folders? I currently have to go to each folder and select View->Arrange By and uncheck "Show in groups".

I attempted to do a Mailmerge to Outlook from Word. I worked OK but the messages were dumped into my Outbox and were sent off before I could modify them. Yep ! I need to modify hem before they go.

I use Outlook 2003 at work, and I subscribe to a ListServ mailing list. My rules have all of the messages from this list put into a separate folder. Within this folder, I like to group messages by conversation threads.

How can I stop hyperlinks in my signature appearing as Some words here <www.url-here.com > rest of words, and the .gif as an attachment. They do not appear as that in sent items.

I use Outlook Express, I want to set up faxing services on my PC. When I try to add the windows faxing services it tell me to set Outlook as my default email account. I have Outlook Express set up with local folders and my mail is retrieved

I keep getting the error "...pst file is not a personal folders file". It took me a while but I finally figured out that the problem must be that I'm trying to open the file in Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2003 has a different pst file format.

Whenever I receive email which as inserted pictures in the body of the text, the pictures always show up as attachment and do not show up in the body of the email. How can I get Outlook to display incoming email the way it was meant to be seen?

An admin in our company would like rights to view a particular user's junk email folder from within their own Outlook. We do not want to give her rights to the user's full mailbox, but would instead prefer to have her connect to the folder directly or have the messages forwarded
