System:  Windows XP with Office 2000 sp3
Previously able to view other Address Books (eg. Act, other third party
apps) in Outlook and select the email address from the MAPI compliant
program.  These dissapeared.

Is there a way in Outlook 2003 to tell it not to group the mail lists
for all folders?
I currently have to go to each folder and select View->Arrange By and
uncheck "Show in groups".

My rules have all of the messages from this list put into a separate
folder.

I keep getting the error "...pst file is not a personal folders file".
It took me a while but I finally figured out that the problem must be

Whenever I receive email which as inserted pictures in the body of the
text, the pictures always show up as attachment and do not show up in
