We cannot download large attachments (3-7 MB) in Outlook 2002.  After about
one minute the connection aborts with the error message "Connection to the
server could not be established.  XXX account is now in offline mode."  Help
for this message says to increase the timeout period ...

On receiving email in outlook 2003 the send/receive complete keeps going for

In Outlook 2003 there is a "Follow up" folder that collects all the flagged
