We cannot download large attachments (3-7 MB) in Outlook 2002. After about one minute the connection aborts with the error message "Connection to the server could not be established. XXX account is now in offline mode." Help for this message says to increase the timeout period ...

On receiving email in outlook 2003 the send/receive complete keeps going for up to 10 mins, freezing the page.I had no problems until 2 days ago & have not changed any settings. Can anyone help?

I created an Excel worksheet from a contact list in outlook by exporting it. When I add contacts to the same Excel worksheet, outlook won't import the new data. What am I doing wrong?

In Outlook 2003 there is a "Follow up" folder that collects all the flagged items. Is there a way of creating this in Outlook 2000? Thanks Tony
